Lynda Loveday
EFT therapistAbout Me
I offer an approach that works with both the mind and body to support you to feel better and experience the positive change you would like.
Maybe there is a particular problem or challenge you would like help with? Maybe you are dealing with difficult emotions or past experiences? Perhaps you are feeling stuck and would like to make changes but you don't know how to move forward?
This approach integrates therapeutic techniques including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/tapping), NLP and Mindfulness. It allows us to work holistically, with the mind and body; focusing on the here and now, while exploring aspects of your past, and working towards the future you would like. It allows us to get to the core of any issue in a gentle and trauma-informed way.
Calm, warm and sensitive by nature, I predominantly work to support other women experiencing stress, anxiety, confidence and health issues to feel more supported and empowered. l hold a safe, accepting, non-judgmental space for you, where you feel comfortable to share your experiences and to gain greater awareness, understanding and clarity about how things are. So that together we can find solutions that work for you.
Working with me will enable you to connect with yourself more fully and to cultivate more self-acceptance and compassion. From this point, we can start to make positive changes and undergo gradual but powerful transformation, at a pace that feels right for you.
