Michael Onslow
PsychotherapistAbout Me
I became a psychotherapist after a long career in the arts which is where my interest in human nature began. It allowed me to see life through other people’s eyes and gave me an in-depth understanding of the challenges that you may be experiencing. Perhaps there are problematic relationships you're struggling with, or you have complex anxieties, self-doubt and self-criticism? Maybe there have been events, out of your control, that have left deep scars, or you are feeling overwhelmed by the enormity of life in general?
What to expect from therapy
I offer you unconditional support and care for whatever you want to bring to therapy. It is a place to have time for yourself and where I will want to listen, understand and help. In a compassionate, non-judgemental way, we will explore where your difficult thoughts, feelings and emotions come from and understand how they are affecting you now. Through that understanding, we will make the lasting changes you need for a contented, positive future.
By exploring everything together we will give you clarity, choice and control over who you are and how you want your life to be.
