Sarvin Afarinesh
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
I offer a warm and frank approach to therapy. I combine Psychodynamic, Existentialism, Humanistic and Body Psychotherapy with Creativity and Intuition.
We work together in various ways to make links from your past to current patterns you're struggling with.
We explore your needs and wants, your relationship with others and your relationship with yourself.
We raise your awareness of the root cause of your pain and understand it better so you can choose how to respond to life differently in a way that is in your best interest.
I have been practicing for 10 years. My clients come to me for issues related to feeling different, unpacking identity and recovering from trauma mostly.
I'm passionate about human potential and believe we can create great change if we are curious to know ourselves as a whole and determined to be ourselves in a world where fitting in is tempting.
My aim is for you to live the life that you truly want and deeply care about as a unique individual contributing to the larger collective.
Contact me to set up an initial call to see if we'd be a good match to work together.
I am registered by the BACP and abide by their code of ethics.
